Helen Bougher Memorial Park

The All Veterans Memorial is at Helen Bougher Park in San Marcos. The park is located at the corner of Woodland Parkway and Borden Road.

The memorial honors any veteran who has served or is honorably serving in the United States Armed Services.

The memorial includes a slightly curved wall with veterans' names etched on travertine tiles.

A group of San Marcos community volunteers raised funds for the construction of the memorial project. The City of San Marcos provides park space and ongoing maintenance of the site.
