Household Items

Not all items can go in the trash because some may contain hazardous substances that harm the environment. Please use these local services at no additional cost to San Marcos residents and businesses.

CouchBulky items

Large items such as appliances or furniture can be picked up for a fee by EDCO. San Marcos residents receive two coupons annually for free disposal of one bulky load at the Escondido Transfer Station. Contact EDCO at 760-744-2700.
