City-Owned Property

Oversight of city-owned property is provided by the city's Real Property Services function. The Real Property Services Function supports the management of the city’s real estate interests and property assets. Services include coordinating property transactions and agreements, and other property-related needs that support the responsible stewardship of city-owned real estate.

The city is exploring opportunities to activate approximately 42 acres of mostly undeveloped land near the Rancho Tesoro neighborhood as a community recreation destination through a potential long-term lease arrangement.
