Building Division

Planning Division

Fire Department

Engineering Division

  • Addresses infrastructure, grading and stormwater management. 

  • Oversees site preparation, including grading and pad certification.

Final inspections

  • All four departments must approve the project before the inspector can sign off on the final inspection.

  • Water and sewer agencies must sign off on the permit before any final inspection can be performed.
