In December 2016, Specific Plan Amendment (SP13-001), General Plan Amendment (GPA15-002), Prezone (PZ14-001), Tentative Subdivision Map (TSM13-001), Ridgeline Development Permit (ROZ14-001), and Conditional Use Permit (CUP13-010) were approved by the City to subdivide the approximately 262-acre property into 189 single-family residential lots in the San Marcos Highlands Specific Plan Area (SPA). The project will include approximately 200 acres of preserved open space.
In August 2020, Site Development Plan (SDP20-0001) was approved by the City for architectural and site plan review for 187 single-family residences. This SDP reviewed the proposed building architecture, floor plans, and plotting for compliance with the San Marcos Highlands Specific Plan. Building construction plans are being processed by the City.
