Site Development Plan to allow the construction of 142 attached and 60 detached townhome condos for a total of 202 units over three lots totaling 12.7-acres. The proposed project would include six different architectural product types, similar to the development currently under construction to the west, known as the Hill District. The project would also extend North City Drive from the temporary cul-de-sac established with TSM19-0002 to Twin Oaks Valley Road, aligning with North City Drive to the east. North City Drive is anticipated to include right-of-way landscaping, landscape medians, bike lanes, on-street parking, and street trees.
