A Specific Plan, General Plan Amendment, Rezone, Tentative Subdivision Map Site Development Plan, and Tentative Subdivision Map to change the land use/zone from Agricultural/Residential to Specific Plan Area and approval of a Specific Plan to allow 257 detached residential dwelling units, private recreational amenities, a public trail, and a public park on 136.1 acres of land currently being used for agricultural and rural residential uses. Development is currently proposed on approximately 50% of the site, with the other 50% preserved as open space and fire buffer area. One main access point will occur around the midpoint of the site on Twin Oaks Valley Road and will be signalized. Emergency access will be provided at the southerly end of the site with Twin Oaks Valley Road.
