An application has been submitted for a Site Development Plan (SDP) review to allow for an approximately 12,000 sf one-story facility for a Central Utility Plant in the University District Specific Plan. The project will serve as the main hub for the distribution of utilities such as chilled water, steam, and electricity for future university buildings. Project environmental analysis to follow.
