Summer camps will run weekly from June 15 through August 17 and offer programming for children ages 3 through teens. This year, the city is offering more than 170 specialty camps, providing a wide variety of opportunities for kids to learn, explore and stay active all summer long.
Camp offerings include musical theater productions like Toy Story and Gabby’s Dollhouse, creative arts such as sewing and cartooning, and hands-on cooking camps featuring fun themes like Pixar and Star Wars. STEM and media-focused camps will cover topics like LEGO, chess, Mad Science and YouTube content creation, while sports enthusiasts can enjoy activities including archery, pickleball and fishing.
In addition to the popular half-day camps, select full-day specialty camps will also be available this summer, with schedules running from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
San Marcos Summer Camps continue to be a trusted option for families, offering safe, engaging and high-quality programs led by experienced staff. For more information and to view the Summer Camp Preview Guide visit the City of San Marcos website.
