Rec Club provides after-school care for San Marcos families

The City of San Marcos is offering Rec Club, an after-school program designed to provide San Marcos Unified School District families with safe, supervised and engaging care for full-day TK and elementary students.

Rec Club provides children with a welcoming environment after school where they can participate in games and activities, enjoy daily snacks and have dedicated time for homework assistance. Trained City staff supervise the program and help create a safe and supportive experience for children.

Transportation is available through San Marcos Unified School District bus service from participating school campuses to the San Marcos Community Center or San Elijo Recreation Center. A bus pass is required and must be purchased separately through SMUSD Transportation Services. Families may also drop children off directly at either program location.
