The City of San Marcos has completed upgrades to the Community Center Dining Hall, enhancing the space for residents and community programs. These improvements were funded by Measure Q, which supports keeping San Marcos clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Dining hall upgrades include the removal of outdated materials and installation of new flooring, fresh interior paint, and upgraded lighting throughout the facility. To further improve functionality and comfort, the city also added new tables and chairs, along with a TV monitor to support meetings, classes and events.
Measure Q is a locally approved funding measure that improves emergency response capabilities, takes care of our roads and other infrastructure, and generally keeps San Marcos the clean beautiful city we love. The updated dining hall is now open and ready to serve residents for programs, events and gatherings. For more information, visit our website.
