The Land Development Division reviews entitlement applications, construction drawings, technical reports, subdivision maps, and easements for private development projects, including the public infrastructure required to serve private development. The division provides technical guidance on city codes and ordinances. the Subdivision Map Act, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit and Federal Emergency Management Agency floodplain requirements.
